Interview with Griz/Void
by Powerslave/Void^Gods

After knowing the following gentleman for approx. 14 years, I thought that it was about time that an interview was planned and conducted. Here goes...

Q: Hi Griz, please can you introduce yourself to the readers & with your name, age and occupation?
A: Hello I’m Graham aka Griz, I’m 31 and I’m a chef by trade have been doing it since i left school :)

Q: Can you give a brief scene history of how it all started on the Amiga scene?
A: My experience of the scene is what i learnt thought my mate Powerslave (hiya mate) we started the group void on a whim one day and it seemed to grow from there I didn’t imagine it would take off like it did and it was amazed at the fact that it is still going :)

Q: What was your function in the scene?
A: I was a gfx guy not very good at that (me being honest) but the guys in the group were kind to me hehe lol

Q: What were your likes and dislikes in the scene?
A: I don’t know about dislikes didn’t have any but likes hmmm the fact that you could have fellow Amiga users all over the world as your mates and the swapping was cool too.

Q: What is your Claim to Fame from being in the scene?
A: I dunno if I have any personal claim to fame apart from getting my Workbench backgrounds put on a Amiga Format CD ( i still have the CD with my backgrounds on it even though am pc user now (boo hiss yeah i know traitor!!))

Q: If you can remember, what groups/sceners inspired you in the scene?
A: I remember the ones that inspired me the most were Spaceballs, TBL and Scoopex they are the ones that stood out the most to me, and of course void (lol)

Q: Since leaving the Amiga scene, have you any plans to return or to join another (PC/Platform)?
A: Not entirely sure yet am just getting back into it slowly through Powerslave but would be fun to get back into the swing of things :)

Q: Final Words/Greets and contact details if anyone needs to get in touch.
A: Would like to say big hi there and hello to anyone who remembers me any of the Void members that are still out there.
